I'm Jana Garza, a Family Nurse Practitioner based in Houston. I earned my advanced nursing degree with a focus on family and adult health, and I've spent my career building a practice rooted in something many clinics lose sight of: genuine human connection.

I want you to feel prepared and comfortable. Here's what to expect when you step into my practice.
New Patients
Bring a photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), and a list of current medications. Your first visit is a comprehensive intake — plan for 45 minutes.
Insurance & Payment
I accept select insurance plans and offer transparent self-pay rates. Call ahead to confirm coverage for your specific plan.
Location
Conveniently located near Airline Drive in Houston. Free parking is available on-site for all patients.
Hours
Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Evening appointments available by request. Weekends by arrangement.
